A vector motor is used for the main spindle motor, and a servo motor is used for the feed motor.
You only need to input the ball's rotation speed and the starting/ending positions from the touch panel. The speeds of the vector motor and servo motor will change. We will perform constant speed control for the ball processing. You can register up to 100 work data (on a CF card), allowing for smooth setup changes. As for the speed waveform, the end of the workpiece (sphere) is fast, gradually slowing down, and at the peak, it becomes slow. After surpassing the peak, it gradually speeds up.
